Our Experience
1st Choice CIMCE Providers was formed by Victor Feliciano who has over 30 years experience in law enforcement, private investigations, Workers’ Compensation investigations and Court Interpreting. Mr. Feliciano and the 1st Choice CIMCE Providers staff are committed to providing the highest quality training and continuing education available to Certified Court Interpreters.
As an active and working certified interpreter, I know what is like to wait for that phone call that never comes or try to accept an assignment that someone just beat you to. Certified interpreters who interpret depositions and medical appointments, already have a basic understanding of this process and can learn this type of investigations work in our 6 hour CIMCE course L4405 ( Workers' Comp Deposition from A-Z Terminology). Foreign languages are always in demand and there is no lack of work in the investigations field. As a result, interpreters who have this knowledge can work as both, interpreters and investigators in the workers’ compensation arena and never have a slow season. This work is performed as either a private contractor or an employee, so you will still enjoy the freedom we presently enjoy as interpreters.
Our course is extremely relevant to the professional interpreter or anyone who wants to enter this field as an investigator. All of our trainings are offered in a comfortable environment conducive to learning via live presentation and audio visuals. If you have considered a second job, consider one that you already know how to do.
Inaddition to this course, 1st Choice CIMCE Providers offers courses that interpreters can use in the private arena. Our courses are geared not only with court interpreting in mind, but with delivering knowledge that can be applied in the private industry which in turn will make the interpreter more marketable
