Refund/Cancellation Policy
1st Choice CIMCE Providers - Feliciano & Associates reserves the right to cancel any workshop or conference within 72 hours prior to the scheduled workshop or conference, if the minimum amount of attendees is not met, or any other situation that arises which 1st Choice CIMCE Providers - Feliciano & Associates deems necessary. Full refunds will be issued to registered, paid in full attendees, no later than ten (10) business days after the scheduled workshop or conference.
Attendees who cancel workshop attendance 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled workshop or conference, will receive a FULL refund no later than ten (10) business days after the scheduled workshop or conference date.
Attendees who cancel training within 24 to 72 hours prior to training, will receive a refund of 50% of fees paid.
Attendees who cancel with less that 24 hour notice will not receive refund.
Non-Instructor Led Courses/Self Study: No refunds once courses have been sent to you. No exceptions.
ALL INSTRUCTOR LED COURSES MUST BE TAKEN ON SCHEDULED WEEKEND. CANNOT BE SPREAD OUT OR MADE UP AT A LATER SCHEDULED DATE. PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
